Overview

Tapered roller bearing is a kind of radial thrust bearing whose rolling body is tapered roller. There are two kinds: small cone angle and large cone angle. The small cone angle mainly bears the combined radial and axial loads, which are mainly radial loads. It is often used in two directions. It is installed in reverse direction. The inner and outer race can be installed separately, and the radial and axial clearance can be adjusted during the installation. The large cone angle mainly bears the combined axial and radial loads, which are mainly axial loads. It is generally not used alone to bear the pure axial load, as a pair of configuration (the same end is installed relatively). It can bear pure radial load.
